Mental Health Across the Lifespan

Mental Health Services

During 500 one-on-one conversations with community members, the need for a community navigation program stood out as a clear priority. Community members asked for this program due to the difficulty of accessing resources, either for lack of information of available resources or the challenge of navigating systems. Our bilingual community navigation program connects, provides, and guides individuals and families toward available resources. Community navigators are the bridge between community members and appropriate resources, walking members of the community through processes and connecting to services.

Commún’s staff supervise undergraduate and graduate level interns in partnership with schools throughout the Denver area. Are you interested in an internship with Commún? Please contact us!

Commún’s teen mental health program grew out of dozens of conversations with young people in which accessible mental health programming was articulated as a high need. We partner with youth in our community to co-design the youth mental health program and youth are paid to participate in and design the program from their direct expertise as young people navigating the world. Our weekly teen mental health group meets on Tuesdays from 4-5:30pm and all youth ages 12-19 are welcome!
