Commun’s navigation program provides our community with language accessible resources via two avenues. The first, through Resource Navigators which provide community members referrals in real time, and guidance towards which organizations could meet their needs. The second is Case Navigation. This area of the navigation program provides ongoing support to community members including a navigation plan, accompaniment, documentation of needs, and emotional support throughout the journey. View our resource directory here in English, and here in Spanish.

Commún’s teen mental health program grew out of dozens of conversations with young people in which accessible mental health programming was articulated as a high need. We partner with youth in our community to co-design the youth mental health program and youth are paid to participate in and design the program from their direct expertise as young people navigating the world. Our weekly teen mental health group meets at 2288 S. Tennyson St. Denver, CO 80219 on Tuesdays from 4-5:30pm and all youth ages 12-19 are welcome!
